  • PIR Motion Sensor

    Q1. Why i don’t receive mobile message when i pass by the sensor again after i walk away?

    When you pass by the sensor the first time, it will alarm when the sensor detect the movement. There will be 30s intervals after you leave the detection range and pass by again, it will alarm, If you move forwards or backwards in the detection range, it does not alarm again.

  • Water Sensor

    Q1. Why i don’t receive mobile message when i put the sensor cable in/out of the water? 

    You can check:

    1. The time range is about 8s-15s depend on the wifi network, it exists delay if the wifi network is not good.

    2. Please better try with running water.

    Q2. Why i can not hear the alarm when i put the sensor cable in/out of the water?

    Firstly, please check the setting in your mobile, select Notification, and find the App, and slide on in the notification. Secondly, make sure you have slide on in the alarm of the APP.

  • Door/Window Sensor

    Q1. Why i can not receive the mobile message at advertised time when i open/close the door or window?   

    The time range is about 8-15s depend on the wifi network, it exists delay if the wifi network is not good. 

    Q2. Why i can not hear the alarm when i open/close the door or window?  

    Firstly, please check the setting in your mobile, select Notification, and find the App, and slide on in the notification. Secondly, make sure you have slide on in the alarm of the APP.

  • Wi-Fi IR Remote Control

    Q1. What should i do when i can not control the devices with this remote control?

    Firstly, make sure your mobile device and the wifi remote control are adjacent and connected to the same network, assure the wifi remote control is always power on.

    Q2. Can i control devices through 2G/3G/4G network?

    The wifi remote control and mobile device are required to share the same wifi network when adding wifi remote control the first time. After device configuration succeed, you can remotely control devices through 2G/3G/4G cellular network. Currently it does not support 5G network.

    Q3. What should i do when device configuration process has failed?

    You can:

    Check whether the remote control is powered on or not.

    Check whether your mobile device is connected to 2.4GHz wifi network.

    Check your network connectivity, make sure the router is working properly.

    Make sure the wifi password entered is correct when adding remote control.

    Q4. Can it go through walls or be used to control IR devices in upstairs/downstairs rooms?

     IR can not go through walls, so make sure there are no obstacles between IR remote and IR enabled devices.

    Q5. What we should do when we are unable to use IR remote to control and electric device?

    Please check the following:

    1) IR remote network in good condition (click any key on the remote control panel in the app and see whether the indicator light starts flashing, it indicates to work properly.

    2) There is no object blocking between IR remote and electric device

    3) The factory remote control of electric device is IR enabled. (cover the top of the remote control with hand or any object, then press any keys. If the device does not respond, it is IR based, otherwise, it is bluetooth or RF-based remote control.)
